International Shipping

Currently we only deliver the items to the following countries/areas:

Australia, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Finland, France, Greece, Greenland, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Korea, Luxemburg, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Russia Federation, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Kingdom, United States.
If your country or area is not in the list, email a message to tiffanyandcooutlet@my365service.com. We can ship your order almost anywhere in the world via EMS and DHL.

Please note that we Cannot deliver your item to a APO Box or FPO Box.

Currently we do not deliver the item to the following countries/areas:

District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and the US Vergin Islands.

All orders placed online are usually shipped within 24 hours and should arrive in the country where the customer lives within 5-7 working days. However, if you live in the more rural areas it may take longer time. International orders can be held up by customs, unfortunately these delays are beyond our control and we offer no assistance and no compensation in these matters.

Shipping Charge

There are two shipping methods . EMS is the main method, FREE SHIPPING on orders of $60 for most countries, and $5.99 per item on orders under $60. The estimate arrival time is usually 5-7 days. DHL Express, $18 per item (Please note: some remote areas should pay the additional shipping fee, the actual freight depend on your location). The estimated arrival time is usually 3-5 business days. Please note we ship to Italy and Netherlands via DHL only. Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact our customer service.
International order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied by the importing country at the time the shipment arrives in the country. All applicable duties, fees and additional charges for customs clearance are on you. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may contact your local customs office for further information.

Your Right To Cancel

You may, for any reason, cancel the order within 6 hours of purchasing, before the goods are actually delivered, and receive a full refund.

Cancellation of an order must be made in writing quoting your order number. This can be sent via email to customer services.

If goods have already been dispatched before cancellation, please return the goods to us in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt.

Signature Required

A signature is required on delivery of your order. If there is no one available at the delivery address, you will not receive it. To claim the item, you have to pickup the item at the delivery company within a time frame shown on the card left at your place when you missed the first time delivery.
